IWIA Policies
Reservation Policy:
Clients (including other responsible parties or agents) who book with and sign a
contract with AWIA Inc., acknowledge that they have reviewed, understand, and
agree with the terms and policies of IWIA Inc. regardless of who assumes payment
for booking fees, deposits, and final balances.
The contracts are subject to the Terms, Conditions, and Policies of IWIA Inc.
Payment Policy:
BOOKING FEES/DEPOSIT of $499.00 is due with signing the contract.
It is NON-CONTRACTUAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
BUT THEY ARE TRANSFERABLE ( TO DIFFERENT TIME OR
ANOTHER PERSON)
You will receive a confirmation email once the deposit is posted, with all other
important information.
If you are booking within 30 days prior to the RETREAT date, payment
is due IN FULL.
There are NO REFUNDS of any payments for a canceled venue no matter the
reason if you don’t cancel 31 days ( before your venue.
Payments are the good faith monies required to reserve, book, retain, and secure
your desired date and time and/or the vendors.
Reservations can be rescheduled, but additional fees might apply (due to higher
season pricing)
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL, 30 days before the scheduled date!!
You will receive a confirmation email once the Full Payment is posted, with all other
important information, itinerary, and advice.
We reserve the right to cancel the scheduled venue with the notice unless
satisfactory arrangements for payment have been made on time (30 days prior to the
venue)!!!
In that case, the Deposit payments made to IWIA are non-refundable.
Certain Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s
Eve, and New Year’s Day may be subject to a holiday premium, which you will be
informed about.
All pre-coordinated packages INCLUDE site-prep, set-up, take-down, and clean-
up arranged by the company.
**** PLEASE NOTE****
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled activities, we might not be able to wait and leave without you.
You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you’ve made to us by
missing the activity.
A few minutes is no big deal.
More than 15 minutes late becomes a problem with other bookings
Media & Content Policy:
IWIA Inc. will retain the rights to ownership, reproduction, and publication of any photos &
videos made or created by the company.
All Images and videos might be used for our portfolio, website, advertising,
marketing content, social media, or any other means of publication and display.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TURN ON YOUR CELL PHONES AND HAVE AT
LEAST ONE WITH YOU (listed in the contract) …AT ALL TIMES.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know which time zone you are going to be in when
planning your venue.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The deposit of $499.00 is NON-CONTRACTUAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

In case your payment is not paid IN FULL, 30 days prior to the venue...

Weather Policy:
Our company is not responsible for inclement weather, natural disasters, man-made
disasters, or site restrictions.
We reserve the right to change the time and/or location to provide our clients with the activities they have reserved.
Be aware that when planning any outdoor event inclement weather is always a
possibility.
In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, you will have the option of rescheduling your event with no penalty!!
We strongly suggest that you purchase “Travel Insurance” to cover any expenses
incurred due to the postponement or cancellation of your wedding.
Refunds will not be issued.
IWIA Inc. Inclement Weather Policy:
Every outdoor wedding event, at some point in time, is at the risk of being impacted by inclement weather. Because of the nature of our business, being primarily a beach destination venue, we understand the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. Hand in hand with preparation, our chief concern rests with the safety of our clients, their guests and our staff and equipment.
After years of anticipating and responding to a variety of weather-related issues, we have put an inclement weather company policy in place that, across the board,
provides a reasonable resolution for all parties concerned. We rely on the most up-to-date national weather forecasting data, as well as reports from several
surrounding communication facilities right here in the Keys.
We always prioritize the side of safety, by never trying to outguess an approaching
storm. In the Keys, there are also pop-up storms that are not detected by radar.
We reserve the right to change the time and/or location to provide our clients with
the activities they have reserved based on actual weather keeping safety and
comfort as a priority.
We strongly suggest you purchase “travel insurance” to cover any expenses relating to the postponement of your venue.
If your venue will be affected by an imminent weather event, please note that
the following policies will be implemented at once:
· You will be offered the option to reschedule to a date and/or timeline if we can’t retain the full package options of your original contract.
· If you do not have the flexibility for rescheduling, your original contract will be forfeited, with a kept deposit. Or you can transfer to another person.
· In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, you will have the option of rescheduling your event with no penalty.
Each participant will receive a safety protocol before the retreat begins
Insurance Policy
We encourage participants to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or weather disruptions.
Activity and Accommodation Policies
As all the planned common activities are reserved and booked ahead we highly
recommend attending and joining them, as they are part of your booking payment, and they won't be refunded to you.
If you can't attend because of health issues, pls let us know asap, see we can plan accordingly. The activity will not be rescheduled for you additionally and there is no refund for that.
Room Sharing Policy
If accommodation is shared ( 2 queen beds),you will be sharing it with another attendant
of the retreat (female)
Except if you travel with someone and you specify and Ask us to Stay Together
There is an option for private rooms (with additional costs). where you can stay either
alone or with you travel partner
Dietary Accommodation Policy
This Event has no dietary restrictions. The food provided by us has no special
restrictions.
So, if you have some dietary restrictions, you'll be responsible for your own choices!!!!
Transportation Policy
We don't offer transportation to & from to location of the venue.
We will provide guidance on arrival/departure logistics, closer to your date,.
We do provide transportation for our activities during the stay.
Weather and Activity Modification Policy:
In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will plan for adapting
activities or scheduling accordingly, and we will keep you informed about the changes.
